As we all know, pwnagetool for 3.1 is under development as stated by Dev team. But I think this time iPhone OS 3.1 Jailbreak credit will go to Chronic Dev Team.
The Chronic Dev Team is currently working on a new project called “GreenPois0n” that will unlock and Jailbreak the iPod Touch 3G. Chronic Dev Team earlier tweeted that iPhone OS 3.1 is still vulnerable and they are working on a jailbreak. They have also posted a video showing demonstrating the exploit working on iPod Touch 3G.
