A guy named rodrigofd at modaco forum was able to port HTC HD2 Rom to his Samsung Omnia II.
It seems that he is still working on it, and the custom ROM will be available for download shortly. Below is a Video of HTC HD2 ROM running on Samsung Omnia II.
