The best way i’ve seen and used to fix red ring of death on the xbox is to reflow the CPU and/or GPU bu re-melting solder underneath the processor.

You may think that why not attempt to re-solder with your soldering iron-wrong, the board is so intricate you end up joining connectors and all sorts.

Get a heat gun and some thermal paste.

Remove the motherboard from the xbox and all connected periphials.

Heat the entire board from a distance with a 750 degrees rated heat gun.

After 30 seconds to a minute of bringing the whole board upto temp focus the heat gun on the processor and gpu for a good 30 seconds each.

Let the board cool down (FLAT) 20-25 mins.

Re-assemble and away you go.
