There was a lot of craze and hype before the release of COD Modern Warfare 2. Personally I loved the gameplay but I though the game was short. So I think there was a need for Special Ops missions and other things…
Previously we had posted Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Walkthrough and Cheats. Now here is a unlocker for the special ops in COD Modern Warfare 2.
This Unlocker will unlock 18 Campaign missions + museum and 23 Special Ops missions. The link to the unlocker are given below.
How to Use COD Modern Warfare 2 Unlocker:
Once you download it, open the zip file. You will find two files “settings_c.zip.iw4″ and “settings_s.zip.iw4″. Go to directory where COD MW2 is installed. You can replace the two files or make backup of the previous files. That’s it… Now launch game and all the special ops will be unlocked. Enjoy!!!

i downloaded the file.. and i even pasted it .. but there was no change… and when i pasted it.. it never asked me to replace any file…….. so i dont know wat i am doing wrong…..
need help here

I did the same transfered the two files into the Steam folder for COD Modern warfare and no spec ops were unlocked.
